The secret behind the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee’s effectiveness is team spirit as well as each person’s ability to carry out his or her specific duties and take responsibility for the results of their work.
Our team consists of people who are united by a single vision. They are not only experts at solving very difficult problems in the shortest amount of time, but they also truly believe in the Olympic values.
In order for the Games to become a success, several thousand projects will need to be delivered. Once those projects have been implemented, their results will determine how the rest of the world perceives the Sochi 2014 Games. It is precisely for this reason that the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee adopted a project-oriented structure.
There are nine separate departments within the Organizing Committee.
Each department has its own goals, purposes, objectives and key performance indicators that are linked to the strategic goals of the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee.
