Working structure of the Sochi 2014 Team is composed of the Supervisory Board, body responsible for strategic decisions regarding the Games organisation, and the Management Board, people making strategic objectives a reality. An Audit Commission is also on board with the Sochi 2014 Team to secure all expenditures are made according to the budget.

The composition of the Sochi 2014 Management, its regulations as well as the composition of the Supervisory Board were approved by the Presidential Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sport, Excellence in Sports, and the Preparation and Execution of the 2014 XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi on October 2nd, 2007.
