Having received a Cambridge University certificate in 1997 and a diploma in Management from the Open University (UK), Mr Rezapov embarked on a career as Human Resources director at several major Russian and foreign companies. In 1996 he took charge of the HR department at SmithKline Beecham Consumer Healthcare, joining RusAgro — one of the Russia’s largest agricultural holdings — four years later.

In 2001, Mr Rezapov became HR director at the Dutch Nutricia company, recognised five years later as The Best Employer in Moscow. In 2006, Mr Rezapov joined a large international network of restaurants within RosInter Restaurants, again as HR director.

Born in 1961, Boris Rezapov is married and has four children. He enjoys landscaping and dog breeding.
