Alexander Vronsky was born in 1968 in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow Suvorov Military School in 1985, and in 1990 completed his studies at the Higher Military Engineering School of Communications in Kiev before serving in the USSR Ministry of Defense 27th Central Scientific Institute.
From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Vronsky gained a wealth of IT experience in diverse organizations. These included the Amirest company, the All-Russian Centre of Emergency Medicine at the Ministry of Emergencies, and IncomBank. In 1996 he was headhunted by Orange Business Services (France Telecom Group), where he occupied or co-occupied the positions of product and service development director, marketing and PR director and information systems director. He also project-managed the deploying of a network of intercity and international telephone communications, as well as developing the companys regional structure.
Since 2002, Mr Vronsky has been named among the Top 100 IT management professionals in Russia (as part of the Top 1000 Russian Managers selection chosen by Kommersant and the Russian Managers Association).
Mr. Vronsky is married and has two children. He is fond of scuba diving, motorsports, downhill skiing, sports shooting and contact karate.
