Having completed his army service, Andrey Vulf entered the Department of History of Moscow State University and, later, the Moscow Academy of Marketing and Management. He worked as a journalist at Maximum radio station, was a TV presenter at the «2×2» and «TV-6» channels and the chief editor of Muzoboz magazine.
Mr. Vulf is a member of the Journalists Union of Russia, and in 1997 founded the Vulf Group, which has became a leader in the Russian entertainment business market. From 2001 to 2003, he became a Deputy in the Russian Federation State Duma, where he chaired the subcommittee for youth mass media.
In 2003-2004 he held the position of vice-president at both Master Bank and OKS-Aegis Media holding. In 2005 he was appointed Minister Counsellor, then Director of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Russian Federation Ministry of Culture and Mass Communications. In 2007, Mr. Vulf became vice-president of ADG (managing Eldorado Group).
Andrey Vulf was born in 1968. He
